Skillshare Testimonial Online Training Companies

I signed up for Skillshare Because of free trial.

The day BEFORE my trial was supposed to finish I received the email from them thanking me for subscribing to Premium.

Naturally, I was perplexed. It is normal for organizations to offer free trials in hopes you enjoy the product enough to actually pay for it. What isn't normal is for the company to LIE for you and charge you daily before the free trial is supposed to end, in effect frees you and then quitting your money. I was mad.

I looked online and after 30 minutes of digging I found a phone number for the company (Red flag, and exactly what legitimate company does not have an easily accessible customer support number?) . I called that number and it went right to voicemail. At this point I was freaking out because all these experiences were leading me to believe this really was a scam. The only real option left to me was to write them an email through their site. This was 3 months ago, and I've yet to receive a response.

I am appalled at the way that they handle company (by first tricking their customers, then dismissing their issues). They stole my money without any warning and are now unreachable.

I went back on their own website and even their advertisement for Premium is a lie. It clearly says that your Premium accounts is cancelable at anytime. What they actually mean is you can cancel it so that it will not revive at the next billing cycle (that will be an entire year!!) . They're Skillshare Reviews: Overview, Pricing and Features crooks. If their content were any good, I would have happily continued with their services, but all their videos are things I could find on YouTube or alternative areas at no cost. The only thing I am do now is spare others the hassle.

DO NOT sign up for the free trial. If you do a bit more research you'll discover a plethora of different reviews such as mine.

Go into Lynda.com or YouTube. Please, do not make the identical mistake that I did, and stay away!!

I composed Skillshare one last time, also it seems like in the past 4 months they have really upped their customer service game. I got a biased response apologizing to my previous experience and having an offer to repay me all of my cash. This gesture was more than I expected, and I am grateful to know that individuals do actually work at this business, and it appears they are listening to the negative reviews and seeking to make a better company.
